Attorney Profile
Ms. Allocca was born in New York but grew up in Pittsylvania County. She attended Dan River High School and Piedmont Governor’s School for Mathematics, Science, and Technology. She attended undergraduate college at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia where she received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science. Ms. Allocca attended The Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College in Huntington, New York. She received the CALI Excellence for Future Awards in Disability Law, Criminal Procedure, Justice and Business Organizations I. She was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2004 and the New York State Bar in 2006. Ms. Allocca started her practice with Williams, Morrison, Light and Moreau from 2004 through 2007, at which time, she started practicing with Carter Craig, attorneys at law. In February 2014, Ms. Allocca opened her own practice. Ms. Allocca is past president of the Danville Bar Association and and past member on the Board of Governor’s for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and a past member on the Board of Directors for Virginia Legal Aid Society, Inc.
